Just enjoy my family and helping them gain real life experiences with raising cattle and lambs and spending time with my friends hunting and fishing. I really love waterfowl hunting and hunting with my daughters.

Pam Cumpton Bradbury
Who is your spouse/significant other?
Todd Bradbury
How and when did you meet? And if you married, when?
I met Todd at a Country Bar called Cowboys. I was pretty "done" with men at the time. I was standing next to the dance floor when some unknown person pulled my hair. I turned around ready to smack whoever had pulled my hair and it was Todd. When I saw his eyes, I knew I was in trouble. I asked him if he pulled my hair...he said "yes". I asked why? He said "it was an accident". I said "how do you accidentally pull someone's hair?" He said "well, I was going to tickle your back and my ring got caught in your hair." I said "really?" And then I pulled my hair to the side and said "go ahead." We bickered and argued all night and went our separate ways at the end of the evening. I got his phone number that night so I called him the next day. We have been together ever since. That was 1/18/00. We were married on 4/29/05.
Tell us about your kids! How many, their names, ages, and the one thing you tend to brag about them when given the chance?
I don't have and kids of my own, but I have 2 beautiful step-daughters. Their names are Allison, 15 and Holly 13. They are both beautiful and very smart. I tell people how they make me crazy but I love them very much. Allison is in GT's - Gifted & Talented. She's also in band, volleyball and many other church organizations. Holly is my "fru-fru" tom girl. She loves pink and make-up and loves frogs, tad poles, snakes etc.
Any grandchildren? (Same details as above)
No no.
Any pets?
These are my "kids". I have 2 dogs - Angel, 11 and Maggie Moo, 2. Angel is a Border Collie-Rotweiller mix. Everything about her is a Border Collie except her bark (which she rarely does) and her markings. She is very timid and is scared of her own shadow. I call her my chicken dog. We adopted her when she was 2-3. Maggie Moo is my baby. She is a White Party/Sable Cocker Spaniel. I bought her on the internet and they shipped her to me. She is 2 and is very ornery.
Where have you lived since graduation?
I moved to Dallas in 1990 and have been in this area since.
How many miles do you live from Marshall now, approximately?
500-1000
What is your current occupation?
I manage high-end apartment communities.
What is the most interesting job you’ve had?
My first job in Dallas was with a dating service; not video dating. I started out in sales - selling the membership and was promoted to Public Relations. This department actually did the matching. I introduced several people who ended up getting married - that was cool.
What would you do with an unexpected paid day off from work?
Sleep in. Depends on the time of year. If it's warm, go to the pool. If it's cold, stay home all snuggled up.
What hobbies do you have?
I still love to dance. I have converted to Country, so I love to "boot-scoot." Don't get to do it enough. My newest hobby is Facebook. I am addicted to it. I enjoy football and racing. I work so much that I don't really have "hobbies" because it's just nice to be at home...with no ringing phones etc.
What is the most interesting place you’ve visited?
The most interesting place I have visited was Jamaica on our honeymoon. This place is so beautiful yet so impoverished. But the people are so happy. They will build a rum bar out of any scrap piece of metal. I really enjoyed the natural beauty of the island.
Where would you like to go that you’ve not yet been?
I would love to go to France! Unfortunately, during high school, I couldn't afford to go with the French class. I plan on making that trip some day before I die.
What is the best thing that has happened to you since graduation? You can list as many things as you like:
Moving to Dallas which produced a much better relationship with my mom. My first divorce. Todd.
What is the worst thing that has happened to you since graduation?
I experienced a scare with cancer - but everything came out alright. And then my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 76 yrs old. That was the scariest time of my life. It was torture being 600 miles from her and I had tremendous gilt. But, she is a tough old lady and she handled it much better than I did. I've always known that she was a "tough" old lady, but never knew just how tough...and brave she was until her cancer. She had full mastectomy; no chemo-no radiation-only hormone therapy. She is amazing!
What did you drive in high school? Include year, color, etc:
I drove my mom's white Ford Granada with tan interior.
What would you drive today if it could be any vehicle, real or imaginary?
Brand new black Cadillac XLR-V hard top convertible. Soon...very soon!!
At this stage in your life, where would you rather be?
Exactly where I am. I have been blessed with an amazing husband, 2 beautiful step-daughters, 2 great pets and a beautiful home. I'd just like to make a little more money.
Do you have a favorite memory from high school?
I loved all 4 years of high school!! I'd go back and do it all over again and again. My favorite memories stem from Pom Pon. I love to dance, so that was always great fun for me. Our class had a lot of clicks, but I was fortunate enough to have friends in many different "clicks". I actually loved everything about high school.
If you could go back, what is one thing you would do differently?
I would have made more friends in the many different clicks.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
My experience with my cancer scare and especially my mom's helped me realize how short life is and how people in our lives are so very precious. I feel that we are all extraordinary people and should enjoy everyone who comes into our lives. The only thing that matters is what is happening right now. The past is gone, the future is unknown. Now is what matters.

I would like to be in Hawaii for two weeks, but other than that, Marshall is fine with me. This is home.
Do you have a favorite memory from high school?
My favorite memory from my high school years was when I was at the St. Peter's Catholic Church harvest fest and this cute girl ??????? pulled me out to dance with her. I was always very shy and would not ask anyone to dance. She was nice to me then, and she is still a wonderful person to me today.
If you could go back, what is one thing you would do differently?
I would participate in sports, sing, learn to play music and be more involved in school. I missed out on a lot by taking the easy road.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
Do not worry about what everyone else does. Do what you like to do and do it to the best of your abilities. Enjoy life!

I would like to add that alot of people run from their past and I would say why? I'm not proud of all I did in the past but that's over and you have to let it go and move on. I'm a better person today because of who I was back then. So, I would say to everyone, be happy with who you are, be joyful everyday, smile just because someone will smile back at you and live life the way God intended and all will go well.

Who is your spouse/significant other?
Jeff Thomas
How and when did you meet? And if you married, when?
We've known each other since grade school, but started dating after meeting up at the 10th year class reunion in 1994. We dated for the next several years and got married March 7, 1998.
Tell us about your kids! How many, their names, ages, and the one thing you tend to brag about them when given the chance?
I started dating Jeff when my step-son, Ulyesses was 5 years-old. He came to live with us when he was 6 - so I've been his full-time "Mom" since then. He's 20 years old now and has flown the coop. He lives in Lexington, MO to be closer to where he works - Lake City Army Ammunition Plant - just like his dad.
Any grandchildren? (Same details as above)
Is it appropriate to answer, "HELL NO!"?? I know my son is not ready for kids and I'm way not ready for grandchildren yet!
Where have you lived since graduation?
Marshall, Slater, Marshall, Liberty and rural Malta Bend - in that order.
How many miles do you live from Marshall now, approximately?
0-10
What is your current occupation?
I am the Office Manager for Marshall attorney Lin Alexander. Lin is also the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Marshall - so I keep busy helping him with business from his private practice and also with Municipal Court matters.
What is the most interesting job you’ve had?
The best job I've had has been working for Lin - he's great to work for!! The most interesting job I've had would be working the newspaper business. I ran the Slater newspaper for a few years - then moved on to doing advertising design and typesetting for the Plainsman in Sedalia and then at the Marshall Democrat-News. I loved that kind of work, but it didn't pay well so I got into real estate for a while - I worked as the secretary for the Ashford Agency and also sold a little real estate - but I really didn't like that much so I applied for the job in Lin's office and have been with him for seven years now.
What would you do with an unexpected paid day off from work?
As much as I hate to say this - STUDY! It only took me 24 years to start college after graduating from high school. I'm now in my second year of online college working towards an Associates Degree in Medical Insurance Coding and Billing. I figure Lin will be retiring in the next few years - so I'm preparing myself to move on when that time comes. My life pretty much consists of work...study...work...study...
What hobbies do you have?
Internet - you'd think with going to school online when I didn't have to be on the computer I wouldn't be, but I like to Ebay, keep up with a few people on Facebook and just surfing from time to time. I also like to read, write, and go garage sale-ing and flea marketing. Jeff and I like to travel whenever we can find the time to get away.
What is the most interesting place you’ve visited?
It's hard to pick one - I'd say the most 'interesting' place would be The House on the Rock in Spring Green, Wisconsin. But I also love Las Vegas! Jeff and I like to head to Florida every once in a while too. It's fun just to get away when we can.
Where would you like to go that you’ve not yet been?
Alaska! We keep telling ourselves that on this or that wedding anniversary we are going to take a cruise to Alaska, but something always seems to come up so we can't do it - but someday we will!
What is the best thing that has happened to you since graduation? You can list as many things as you like:
Jeff Thomas (I'm sure he would agree!) Ulyesses Thomas - Being a full-time step-parent is the most challenging job I've ever done, but it's worth it - he's a good kid! Working for Lin Alexander Going to college (even if I did wait until the ripe old age of 41 to get started)
What is the worst thing that has happened to you since graduation?
Wasting several years of my life on the big mistake I married the first time when I was young and dumb! But, you live and learn...and then move on to better things.
What did you drive in high school? Include year, color, etc:
1975 neon green Chevy Vega with matching green rims. To include white vinyl seats that would scorch your backside when you sat in them on a hot sunny day. It didn't have air conditioning and came fully equipped with AM radio (which I switched out to AM/FM cassette as soon as I could afford to).
What would you drive today if it could be any vehicle, real or imaginary?
Mini-Cooper convertible or BMW convertible
At this stage in your life, where would you rather be?
I'm pretty content. Jeff and I are empty-nesters now so we have a lot more time to ourselves than we did when Ulyesses lived at home. I like my job - so it's not hard to get up and go to work every morning. Other than that, I'd like to be done with school - but that will come - hopefully, by this time next year I will have graduated.
Do you have a favorite memory from high school?
Hanging out with Mona at her house when her folks and brother went to the lake for the weekend and she had to stay home because she had to go to work at KFC. Mona's dad taking us to the TG&Y parking lot on a snowy night and letting us to do donuts in her Corvair. Mona and I going to the State Fair for the first time by ourselves - without any parents. (If you couldn't tell most of the time when we were teenagers Mona and I were pretty constant companions). Cruising the strip on Friday and Saturday nights and parking on the square to socialize with friends. Summer days swimming at Wildcliff. Eating super burritos made by Jill Fenton at Taco Johns.
If you could go back, what is one thing you would do differently?
I would have gone to college when I was young and so were my brain cells!
Who is your spouse/significant other?
Jeff Thomas
How and when did you meet? And if you married, when?

Truman is a fifteen year old sophomore who loves long range shooting and xbox parties. He's more like me. Jessie is an eleven year old sixth grader who is a talented artist and honor roll student who likes to hunt and fish. She's more like Randy. They are both very independent, can cook and clean, and will live somewhere else someday because we have made them marketable.

Which one? I am a Speech and Language Pathologist, I work with First Steps kids in Saline County and in Columbia, Missouri two nights a week; I work with Early Childhood kids in the Slater School District and at Marshall Head Start where the Slater kids attend two days a week; and I work as the Special Education Director/Process Coordinator/504 Coordinator for Slater School District two days a week. On Fridays, I go wherever I didn't get to on the other days.

Special Education Director/Process Coordinator. I love medical and legal stuff.
What would you do with an unexpected paid day off from work?

Alaska. My parents put mine and my sister's names on a time share in Mexico. They go every year and tell us how nice it is. They even send pictures. Sometimes their friends will do the same. They laugh and smile when they see us. My sister and I have yet to go there.......haha

Getting married, having mostly healthy children, having an interesting job, truly helping people through my garage sales, getting my second wind....

Losing a godson to cancer at the age of 8. Not getting diagnosed with a thyroid condition until this year, when I could have felt so much better and less scatterbrained for the last 27 years. That's almost longer than I've known Randy, if that's possible.

My parents' white ford LTD with green alligator top.

Living in the country at least part of the time.
Do you have a favorite memory from high school?
Watching the conductor from CMSU turn to everyone in the gym, saying "this isn't a dog and pony show". Playing the part of the drunk in the fall play when I never drank in high school. Watching Klasing's dad do taxes at the kitchen table while the floor vibrated from the party going on in the basement. Cruising.
If you could go back, what is one thing you would do differently?
Applied myself in chemistry and gone on to take physics. I would also have liked to have taken an art class.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
Thanks to everybody for allowing me and trusting me to plan the last few reunions. I know we can't please everyone everytime, but I don't take it personally and I know they don't either. I honestly NEVER would have guessed that we would still even WANT to be coming back together to check-in, or catch-up. And to see the most friendly, genuinely caring reception that people who never even spoke to each other in high school give to each other at these reunions makes me believe in the human race. It really makes it all worthwhile. Mostly, thanks to Randy, the MOST patient and supportive husband on the planet.
